Since its foundation as Eisengießerei und Maschinenfabrik Langenstein & Schemann, Ernsthütte Coburg, in 1863, our company has devoted its efforts to the manufacture of machines that provide the most economic solutions to forming tasks. The efficiency, the quality and the progressive nature of our products is the reason why LASCO Umformtechnik enjoys world-wide recognition as a supplier of technology and as an innovator in the forming industry.
Our focus is on massive and sheetmetal forming, as well as on powder metallurgy. Moreover, LASCO machines and lines have been convincing for many years also in the production of building material and where machines for special applications are concerned.
LASCO QKW for roller diameters from 350 mm to 1,400 mm.
The cross wedge roll is used for pre- and finish-forming (material distribution) of round forging parts, stepped as well as hollow shafts. Heated round bars are rolled between two synchronized rollers fitted with tools.
• torque motor drive,
• high dynamics and control accuracy,
• electronic roller synchronisation optimises dimensioning of the roller gap
• considerable material savings
• optimised work-piece surfaces
LASCO SPR/SPP with nominal press force from 1.0 MN (100 t) to 80 MN (8,000 t), working capacity from 2 kJ to 2,250 kJ.
Our screw presses with direct electric drive provide applications for forming, straightening, calibrating and coining parts made of steel, high-alloy materials and non-ferrous metals. Screw presses with direct drive have the rotor of the drive motor connected directly to the flywheel and screw.
LASCO HO-U with blow energy from 10 kJ – 300 kJ.
The hydraulic hammer delivers maximum forming force with minimum energy consumption - ideal characteristics for forging a wide range of parts. As a supplier of technology to the forging industry, LASCO has accepted the obligation of developing solutions to automation and handling applications specific to metal forming processes.
